There is no other explanation. The ACLU is trying to kill us.
In their overly sensitive fight against "racial profiling" the ACLU has filed yet another lawsuit to make sure that Terrorists aren't inconvenienced at the airport departure gate. Airports are applying a concept called "behavior pattern recognition." In other words, airport security professionals are looking for abnormal behavior. Police will stop, and question, those individuals who are, quite frankly, acting strange. They might be wearing hot baggy clothes in the middle of summer. They might be moving throughout the terminal taking pictures of security measures. They might be asking provocative questions to baggage checkers.
These are the folks that the airport security watch, and question.
The ACLU has filed a lawsuit, which seeks unspecified monetary damages, and asks the court to declare the screening system unconstitutional. They claim that this type of screening is "racial profiling."
Oh, by the way, they filed this suit in Boston, and specifically targeted Logan International Airport....You know, the hub where two of the 9/11 flights originated...and where those that perpetrated the 9/11 events were first noticed for unusual behavior at the gate to their CA flights...
